Bringing 30 years of professional experience to FR@SNM, Ms. Roel proudly serves as the agency's president and CCO. She specializes in web communication tools (Internet, intranet and extranet) and is dedicated to the health care industry. In addition, she has created and owns all rights to the new online portal, Vaccines 411 (www.vaccines411.ca), which was launched in 2010 and is currently utilized by vaccinating clinics and individuals across Canada. She attributes her success to her 30 years of experience, her passion for her profession, her great team and the continuous support from her family.

Ms. Roel holds a degree in fashion and certificates in graphic design and technology. She is a former board member of the Pharmaceutical Marketing Club of Quebec (PMCQ), the International Association of Presentation Professionals (IAPP) and the Healthcare Businesswoman's Association of Canada (HBAC). She is a major contributor to the Thyroid Foundation of Canada, the Canadian Cancer Society, and various children's and women's organizations.
